Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Nebula Interactive, LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects when you use Foretiva and what we do with it. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run a prediction game, and we sell nothing.
1. Information we collect
- Google account basics. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. We never see your Google password.
- What you create. Events, questions, prize descriptions, your nickname, and the predictions you make.
- Game history. A timestamped log of picks placed or changed, used to show trend charts as anonymous percentages. Individual picks are never shown to other players before resolution.
- Operational logs. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs (IP address, request time) for security and debugging.
2. Cookies
We use only functional cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no third-party trackers.
3. How we use information
To run the game: showing your nickname to the people in your events, computing live percentages and leaderboards, locking predictions on time, resolving winners, and keeping the Service secure. If you enable email notifications, we will use your email address to send the reminders you chose and nothing else.
4. When information is shared
- With other players. Your nickname and avatar are visible to people in your events. Your individual predictions are private until an organizer resolves an event with answer reveal enabled.
- With processors. Our database, authentication, and hosting providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
- Legal. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service and its users.
- Never sold, rented, or shared for advertising.
5. Data retention and deletion
Event data is kept while the event is active and for a limited history period afterward. To delete your account and its data, email support@nebulainteractivellc.com and we will action requests within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your profile, predictions, and participation records.
6. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we will remove it.
7. Your rights
You can view and correct your nickname and notification settings on your profile page, and request a copy or deletion of your data by email. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, which we honor.
8. Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we designed this one so the sensitive surface stays small.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be signposted on the site.
